Only a week after the announcement of a tablet publishing alliance between Adobe Systems Inc. and WoodWing Software, users were granted a 'sneak peek' of the integration. Visitors at IFRA Expo 2011, which took place October 10-12 in Vienna, saw how the Adobe Digital Publishing Suite (DPS) had been integrated into the workflow of WoodWing’s cross-media publishing system, Enterprise. With the launch of Apple's iOS5 operating system, the Newsstand feature has been added. Newsstand keeps the reader's favorite newspaper, magazine, and journal subscriptions in one convenient place. As new issues become available, they automatically go on display. This new feature helps publications to be visible more prominently on the user's home screen. The Tages-Anzeiger, Switzerland‘s largest subscription newspaper, is now being published with WoodWing's cross-media publishing system Enterprise. In addition, the Neue Luzerner Zeitung, published at six locations in Switzerland, decided to implement WoodWing´s publishing system.
